Boycie Hey new PB on the tough old Bridge Inn 5k course - went off with a group including AG and felt comfortable for the first half, the hill then took it out of me a bit at the start of the second half, but pulled myself together to score a 23s pb!!! :-)

DickyDare just missed PB but pleased with time on undulating course, worth another 20sec on flatter course, ran first half a little too keenly, 8mins 14 sec at halfway.
