Raptors claws are coming to town Number 9 of 10-in-10. Started off in the rain, then the sun came out and for about ten miles I was almost overdressed in my long-sleeved shirt. Legs sluggish today, so I had a conservative run with lots of walk-breaks. No point doing anything heroic now!
