eL Bee! An 8 minute physio and shoe carpentry stop put paid to any thought of 3:30 - which realistically WASN'T on today Delighted with the time I did though :)

Foxy hopefully of inside 4 & 3/4 ? very pleased with a run inside 4 & 1/2 I'm quite consistent with 3 days gone, we'll see if that continues. The weather was a bit better but still finished in the rain, but that's better than 2 days finishing in hail !!!

Velociraptor Found today a little harder - kept the effort-level right down and expected a positive split. But this is my most pleasing performance so far, because it was uncharted territory :o)
