Foxy hoping for a sub 4.30 start to the challenge whilst fresh before easing off. I actual changed my mind & went for a sub 4, but tough conditions & tough course, hit the wall at 20 & got lost at 25, finished in the hail - but happier now it's done than when i was doing it !!

Velociraptor Very Cumbrian weather - I kept my raincoat on, with the hood up, for almost 14 miles. Did my best to make sure I ran at an effort-level that didn't take too much out of me. Think I succeeded. Will know tomorrow ;)
