Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

frangale My home town race, not many weeks when my runs don't include some of the course. But running with a friend for her first race so no PB expected

mikep As usual a well organised event, good crowds and the rain held off. Still working myself back into fitness following broken foot so quite happy with this time. Only let myself down in mile 3 and in the run in through the town.

Pegg Determined to beat last years 72.5mins and would love to beat my 67min pb...training puts me at 69-72 mins but I know I always run faster in races than in training, so fingers crossed! Number 274
**Update**
Got a cold - really bunged up. Took lemsip and decided to run anyway, would turn back at the 1mile marker if it felt wrong. It was tough, throat was closing up around the 4mile marker and I was wheezing, but I did it! Beat my pb at last! V happy.

Vicky This was my first 10k race. It was a lot harder than I had anticipated as I was not prepared for the hills on the first half of the course. A lesson learnt for next year. Enjoyed it, especially as at the finish there were still lots of people there and you get a big mention that makes it feel worthwhile.
