About this parkrun
One lap, mainly forest track which gets muddy in places. Undulating - starts and ends with a hill! Good post run cafe (with 10% discount for parkrunners). Lovely route through forest, bit 'undulating', the hill at the end is a bit of a killer.SarahWoo 26th Apr 2019
1 lap of the Pinetum at Bedgebury. Good gravel tracks with a hill to start and near the finish. Lovely cafe too

Such a beautiful course but not one for the faint of heart or weak of buttock as there are a few cheeky hills. Allow time before to walk from the car park and time afterwards to visit the most excellent cafe

Starts with an uphill but gorgeous route. Keeps it interesting with the ups and downs. Loved running here and could imagine it would lovely in different seasons too. Good cafe on site with 10% discount for park runners.

Beautiful course, undulating and on secure trail, cruel uphill to finish. Nice café at the visitor centre. £3.50 to park till 11am, but free parking all day for volunteers.

A lovely trail run set in woodland. An undulating course with a tough uphill finish. A large car park and the parkrun starts up the hill a couple of minutes away, a parkrun flag marks the point from the car park.
