Cavey Second year i'll have done this. Will be interesting to compare my time to last year. Unless something drastic happens between now and then I think i'll struggle to PB. **UPDATE** Beat last years time by nearly 3 minutes, but was hoping to go a bit faster, and deep down thought I could go sub 50mins. I forgot how hilly the course was particularly the long hill by the coking plant. I must be a mile long at least and it really saps the strength out of you!! All in all it was a tough race and I didn't really enjoy it as I was working my guts out all the way round and constently clock watching, should've just gone out and enjoyed it! The t-shirt is quality though, probably the best i've had to date.

McGettingThere Perfect conditions, felt good all the way round - even able to push it on the final hill.

Not Greased Lightning (M.) I was very poor on the day, enjoyed the run though, except for the final hill at the end. Sorry to all those who bet on me for a pb. Will try harder next time.
