My TV watching habits have changed considerably over the last 18 months or so.
To the point I don't watch much at all, and I'm going to be saying goodbye to Sky TV in a few months (once my current contract is up).

However I have found myself watching more YouTube content.

There's a few channels I dip in and out of (but don't subscribe) - Mostly to do with walking and camping.
And around 20 that I subscribe to, but they're predominantly cycling. Two or three Triathlon and a general fitness one.

I'd like to add a few running channels to the list, but I'm struggling. Not looking for anything epic in length, and must be UK based (don't mid watching the odd non-UK vid, but they don't really resonate).

So what ya watching???

(I do have Netflix and Amazon, oh and GCN+ all of which I will be keeping - the first two due to daughter pressure!)

Most of these are probably going to be epic in length!! And I've tried to keep them UK specific, though most will probably be based on fell running rather than other more popular running.

The story of Nicky Spinks and her double Bob Graham:

Dark Peak Fell Runners. Really enjoyed this despite having no links at all with the club

The Hardmoors 50. This one I do have an affinity with and a small (embarrassing!?) cameo
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdl5V5kHezM&list=LL&index=37

Sorry this one really is epic, and US based.
Unbreakable. The story of the Western States, and one of the supposed catalysts for the uptake in ultrarunning.

As for specific channels, not sure what to necessarily suggest. I come across them randomly but often get bored of the more regular content quite quickly unless they're particularly good story tellers.

I can't think of any that would be liked by all. For running content in English the one I've stuck with the most is GTN (Global Triathlon Network).

Just UK based.. Gary House has started to upload some about his build up to Dragon's Back 2022, which takes place about a month from now. I'll probably start watching those. Actually Youtube and I think Amazon have a few documentaries covering the Dragon's Back race in recent years.

For Dragon's Back, this on BBC was excellent.

Autumnleaves
James Dunne is good for injury prevention routines, guidance on stretching and running mechanics. (Might be called Kinetic Revolution I can't remember).

For shoe reviews, Ed Bud is good.

Seth de Moor is probably one of the biggest YouTubers/Shoe Tubers, but he’s definitely not to everyone’s liking.

Mark Lewis is good, with a mix of running, OCR, Zwifting, gear reviews.

For sub-elite type of running content, Sweat Elite is good and he is aiming for sub-2:20 at the marathon, but also does a lot of content of sessions with Kenyans etc. Phily Bowden is also building a channel, and went something like 2:31 at Seville Marathon.

Ben Parkes seems likeable I think, and does a good mix of race reviews, shoe reviews etc.
