You are speedy tho bob - didn't you do Dereham in under an hour?
I've only been running about 2 years and 9mtsh of that has been with pelvic problems so i'll never be speedy. Im oh so slow. I like it comfortable, it hurts my sagging flab less

I started back running aged 46 and did my first half marathon in 1.34 three months later. Now down to 1.18.58 and hoping to knock at least a couple of minutes off that before I crumple in to dust. You've got loads of improvement in you yet!

lol Finders! You're doing great and 2 years is not enough time to reach anything like your potential. I've been running for nearly two years now and honestly expect to get a lot quicker yet.
Did Dereham in 58.15 which is my best race so far I even won a tiny trophy for second vet

Training is apparently a good idea, according to many of the leading books on the subject!
