But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. do you not think some of us struggled with just four laps :p

I am not doing the 5k in December, no way can I face that track 12 1/2 times :-(

yep, he has only been out on two training runs with his Dad, and the little one who kept going round the track on her own is my gorgeous niece :-)
