The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Showed a couple of Puds pics to a friend at work and she says I dont look like I am gonna need an ambulance but it is the concerned look on the faces of everyone around me that gives that impression :p Thanks for caring guys :-)

hey look - nsc and haddi - my sub ten buddies heart Thanks for the support guys.

By the way JW really enjoyed yesterday, rang him on the way home and then the car phone decided to play up and ring him again this morning - he is looking forward to the next mile as well. Am hoping to talk him into the Blackpool half as well :-)

i think there is another stadium track next to don valley :) i ran there for Yorkshire as a kid :) still didn't win :(
