But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. I got here safely, and have persuaded my parents to give me a lift up to Telde for the 3k. Depending how it goes I´ll either work out a mile time from that so I can claim a mile on the same day, or I´ll do the mile separately on Tuesday. That´s if we manage to find it...

Hurray, you have already seen this on the birthday post but you are banned from doing this at the mile Hamsterboy uk.youtube.com !!!!

I will have to get off my rather ample behind shortly (note the tamed down language in honour of our new Yorkshire Miler) and get out there and do six or so miles.

I dont wanna tempt fate but we had copious amounts of rain last night and it now appears to have stopped, I can even glimpse a very pale blue sky out there at the moment ;-)

I am double checking and triple checking my SPOD sheets and am thinking of doing something with Hamsterboys running number in honour of his birthday if I get the chance :-)

Have a good run everyone and missing you already YP1 :-)

It is getting a bit close to running time here in the hls house. LSR to get out of the way before dinner and if possible slightly further than last week. I WILL remember to take my hanky this time though so I dont need to accost any old ladies. I wonder if I will be able to time it to see them laying the poppies at the memorial on the way past.
