roller skates to get me round a bit quicker :p

i have numbers, cake, trophies and hopefully medals. SIL is doing the water station and bringing cake. NSC is doing the whistle...........

the don valley :) i made my debut for yorkshire their, 100 m, 200m and relay as a kid :)

ran this morning :) yeah ( ok jogged). no pain to speak off and new socks are great. :) 9 mins for 1 mile :) i was more worried that i was breathing out of my ass. i thought this swimming abd cycling was to keep me fit aerobically :)
