been to local running shop :) and had gait analysis done :) before i told him i was having probs with left leg he said that my right wasn't moving much but my left overpronating more than the last time i had it done :) i asked if i would have to change my trainers to motion control he said no but i would benefit from some more strudy support :)

i thought that to :) sounds my mechanics have just shifted and he asked if i've changed my daily routine eg standing alot or sitting alot :) changed jobs 4 months ago and sitat a computer most of the day, and wear smart shoes which i haven't had to wear the 16 years i have been working :)

evening all, had a lousy day full of housework but bro and sister in law commented on how tidy my kitchen was when they came round so worth it :-) Kids had a great halloween party tonight, will load pic to facebook shortly if I can stay awake.

In terms of Saturday social I was thinking of 2.00pm in the Corner Pin in York, let me know if the time is okay and if you need directions.

Sister in Law is looking forward to the mile and has volunteered to be a water station at the end of each mile - how posh are we now :-)
