Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

evening all :)

good run this lunchtime, and I'd run 5.2 miles before I even remembered to think about whether my leg was hurting - and it wasn't! It is doing its 5 hours later twinge at the moment, but if it's anything like sunday it will disappear fairly quickly and not bother me overnight. Fingers crossed this time tomorrow I'll be getting ready for a club run :) :) :)

copy cat! Great news YP!

Tried a mile tonight to test my new Nike+ gizmo - I love it, but same can't be said for the running. Shins nowhere near as bad but seems more in the ankles tonight, however I did have my heels on today at work so may have been a factor. Some sort of niggly pain down side of left knee, think it happened last night - was laid with legs out on sofa sorting my itunes on laptop when it started.

Nice 6.25 miler for me in the freezing cold with biting Humber winds.

Perhaps I'll do some speedwork this week if there's a Mile race coming up soon...
