fizz went well today:) no probs with achilles :) fiz say its a sack of fiui behind the achilles that is inflamed so with rest that should cure that and the other pain will just wait for x ray:)

also said i might want to get some heel insoles to just raise my foot to stop the problem happening again as its common in runners :) very happy Haddi:) swimming tonight as well SOD start of our next challenge ;)

Glad fizz went well. I might need some fizz myself, running last night was definitely not a good idea. I've been limping round all day, so no question of me running tonight. Fingers crossed it will sort itself out, tomorrow I'm going to try a bit of cycling to see whether that works, if not it's back to the swimming pool for absolutely no impact at all.
