lapsed i hope i am running again by november or i will have even less hair.and i will be at the mile even if i have to crawl round :)

I doubt whether I'll get in London (the ballot is just crazy)...I think it'll be a choice between Edinburgh or Windermere!!! I fancy Edinbru' as it's fast (faster than me) but we'll see!
