A large cauliflower, few small spuds and a brace of red onions plus two be stock cubes, water ;-) and herbs in the pan. I’m going to add some nice salty sheep cheese later

Sounds good, DT.

I roasted butternut squash, small plum tomatoes, peppers, onions and whole garlic cloves yesterday then made it into a soup with red lentils. That's my lunch for the week.

I was just looking up a recipe for making up a Cajun Spice mix, because a mate of mine had Cajun-spiced chicken and lentil soup at work yesterday and it looked and smelled amazing.
