Ok ok, saint isn't going to do the honours. The shocking news is that there was no welsh cakes at rose inn last night, instead I was trialing..................just for pig.......................Cornish teatime squares.:)
Hanns I won't be at the next rose inn, will be house sitting in Bristol.:(

I am pleased I wasn't any slower but exactly the same time, pah!
The stretch out was windy and the first mile was the sloest 9.21 I think next two were 8mm
