Anyway yes I run this route the other way as part of my standard 10K starting and ending at my house, my brother is building 7 houses just past the 1 mile point if you fancy something to look at

The evil Great Wales Ripoff 10K which we helped to kill by pouring scorn and ridicule on anyone wanting to pay £27 for a 10K has been replaced by what looks very much like the old 5 Miler cftrust.org.uk Because the organisers don't want to risk incurring my wrath again its £9 for club runners.
