But I am sure I will manage a mile and loads of Welsh Cakes :D Maybe I will cycle, so that I can have a beer as well :D

WildeRover May 2009 8:46am, 31 May 2009 2,564 posts	0 WildeRover I can now report that the Egdon Easy 10K should officially be renamed the Egdon Pretty Damn Boring 10K. It's a strange 2 lap thing with a 4K first lap and 6K second lap, but pretty uninspiring. Given the scenery in the area (it is just off Weymouth beach and you run along the 'beach road') the scenery on this run is appalling.......you don't even get to see the sea! ..........and the first time ever I have encountered a marshall shouting out sarcastic comments rather than encouragement. Apart from that, no running all week, so looking forward to getting back into the routine this week.
