Just back from weekend in Durham-sound s like you all had fun. Glad to hear that Che's sister is getting better. How was the rally Bro?
Ran about half the loops that I found using the route finder on here. Very warm oop north. Wandered around Beamish museum on Sunday. The weather was glorious. Swam every day except yesterday as just had to endure the 6 hour journey back. Traffic heavy but moving apart from Junc 28 on M1 where we stopped for about 10 mins. Decorating this week apart from a Conference tomorrow splitting the week's holiday. No sanding for me WR!

Oh, how conevenient I suddenly started running again last weekend :)

Out of the blue I ran an 11 mile fell race and a 9 mile fell run on Saturday and Sunday... with 4300 and 3600 feet of ascent respectively... My quads are now sore mind!

I did indeed Dai! Went for an easy undulating ride around Lake Windermere on Friday, then had a much harder one riding around the back of Skiddaw and Blencathra on MOnday, after two days of unexpected fell running and racing...

I was in the company of a national level female Time triallist who had done a 15 mile TT the day before... she tought me an invaluable lesson in climbing! And made me ride a pass that I had considered unrideable, insisting I had the strength and that it was all between my ears. I have cracked it now and buried my climbing demons :) :)

Another nagging reminder of the second San Domenico 4 Mile handicap of 2009 Tomorrow evening (Wed 15th April) 19:30 start Black Cock Inn (yes we know the jokes) blackcock-inn.com on Caerphilly Mountain.

Garmin said trail.motionbased.com last July, see almost flat :-)
