There's only one Rising Sun in Newport (well it's the first one Google spews up anyway), address is 1 Cefn Road and it's the only pub around as far as I know, apart from the one further towards Risca, virtually in Pontymister, which is probably as rough as a badger's arse.

You actually see it over the wall and across the road about 250m from the finish line........although it is a little further to drive round to it. It's on the B4591, about 2/3 of a mile North of J27........or it's where High Cross Rd becomes Cefn Rd........or if you look at a map, its where the canal nearly touches the main road.
