So, 9.00, best was March 8.48., Feb 9.16. Partially not feeling great, secondly not really done a long harder run since March, so actually not too bad. Slow start, bad middle. Quicker end, so another go in July will help.

Mile done this morning, the rain helped take the temperature down. I used the same path as I did last year, it's pretty flat. Managed 8 mins dead. Happy with that. Well done everyone for your efforts this month.

Oh my goodness it's been very quiet in here I almost forgot about it. @falcarius has done a virtual mile this month but hasn't told us about it yet. How's everyone else doing? Is it too hot now the rain has stopped? I still need to do my mile this month and maybe I'll do it later when I get up. |

I am going to take a few months off and come back in October. I want to concentrate on my race plans. Will be hanging around though and seeing how you are all getting on. |

I did the club mile last week but I'm not using that for this. I want to do all my virtual miles on the same mile stretch to give proper comparisons. Will do mine on Tuesday now the club track sessions have finished.
