Recommend me a backpack

Basically needs to be big enough for four sets of running kit, 2 pairs of shoes and day to day odds and sods such as a bit of food, water bottle, toothpaste, toothbrush and shower gel. HAve got a rucksack I use for work and back but hasn't got chest/waist strap or drinks carrier etc.... I'm on a budget by the way

You do not want to have to drop out because of chaffage or the pack being uncomfortable. Don't forget, it's going to be doing a massive job for you for 25 days!
