Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Third day of treadmill keeps the Marcothon alive, including a pre breakfast stint today. God it's boring. Looking forward to getting home to my trail shoes and being back outdoors :-)

I managed my Dirty Dozen run last night about 10:30pm... beautiful starry night, chilly but nice and quiet.Don't think I've ever run so many days in a row before, pleased I'm actually sticking to this, even if the runs are often boring and only just the 5km minimum. I'll get a longer run in before the 31st...

This is proving waaaaay harder than I thought it would be. My cold, running in the dark, on the road, alone is not my idea of fun and I got very ckose to just knocking it on the head last night :-(

I agree CT. Starting to feel hard. But keep it up if you can ... it wouldn't be as much of a challenge if it was high summer!

And think.. much you can justifiably eat and drink over Christmas ;-)

I spent ages toying with the idea of racking this off today whilst out in the car in freezing fog, but the prospect of a couple of daylight runs over the weekend (off road too, whooooop!) including a 'fun' fell race have kept me going. I'm having tea then going out. Then it'll be pint Hydration is important I reckon for Marcothoners ;-)

Barely hanging in now, 2 late runs in the dark last night and tonight keeping me in the game but I'm feeling very run down.

13 days in a row is the longest streak I've ever done and my body is wondering what on earth is going on. Should be able to get out in daylight now for a few days which will help.

Got in and had a long bath which has restored my spirit, legs are still mince though :-)
