But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Maybe I should check the app not that I intend to use it apart from logging my Garmin time!

I still haven't decided about shoes :-O I've done my last few faster runs in ZFFs but since they're heavier than the Vaporfly 4% and don't have any more traction on rough surfaces I think I'll set off in the VF and change to Peg 35s or Lunaracers if there's a lot of debris on the roads.

To anyone that's turned off notifications, make sure you check for updates to the app (Android) which I got a notification about today. Version 4.1 apparently is what you need.

I'll be using my new shoes as more springy for hours on a road!

My taper madness gas manifested itself as snots. I can have a cold tomorrow night if need be but not now. Not that I have any clue when where I could have got a cold from!
