I have a place and am woefully unfit but am not sure whether or not I'll be there.

I have a place, some sort of fitness, much more knackerdness, and will be there.
Trying to decide whether to camp or do it as a day trip to save much needed cash on campsite and pub. Who's staying over/camping?

We're going over on the morning - the boy is participating in the 10k while his sister works on registration forthe kids' races - I anticipate hanging around for hours drinking coffee and eating bacon sandwiches before doing the trail race. I seem to be in fair shape so hoping for a decent run. On the basis of what we've had over the past few days, I predict the weather to be of the 'you should've been here last week' variety. We'll go home afterwards - apparentlty breakfast in bed ranks more highly as a Mother's Day treat than me taking the kids away overnight.

Yays, P! Might finally get to meet you in real life and all.
Andy - your comment about mother's day has just made mine laugh.
