DT there is a range of those - push ups sit ups etc I intend to break my working day up with them as I will be moving less (normally walk to see people rather than call!) |

We had a fad for various challenges on the fellrunners’ forum a few years ago. I did the 200 squats and it made me much stronger. The others are way off my radar
