My wife has a Medical ID Notch with conditions / allergies / ICE details, good choice of different rings that are easy to add / change

I’ve also got the Notch bracelet, one notch with my allergy on and one with ICE and my husband’s telephone number.

On behalf of my teen, who knows I'm asking here.

My 14 year old loves outdoor stuff and is just getting back to activity after an op. He has a device fitted that first aiders etc would need to know about in an emergency.

He wants to go running/get about on his bike by himself and wants something obvious but comfy for exercising in. Bonus points if it's not too naff. For guided/coached activities he has an alert card to lodge with a leader which was provided by a charity but th...
