Good luck
I think Helsby will be too soon for me, and also I don't think I'd be able to sustain the pace over the slow drag from about 4 miles to 10 miles. So hopefully Helsby will be a stepping stone towards it for me, then Wilmslow will be my main sub 90 attempt.

Does anyone know if they allowed number transfers last year? My niece has entered but is double booked.

Apparently race is nearly full and entries may close in next few days.

Is there anyone that would like a place? I'm trying to be realistic - missed so much training with a chest infection and I'm not going to be fit to enjoy it this year.

TT - sorry to hear you won't be ready in time, but it sounds like a sensible decision. Less than four weeks to go, how is everybody elses training going?
I feel as though the next couple of weeks training are very important in defining my target time.
