Ruth - definitely join both. I'd have to say nice things about the 1500 mile thread, but it's a struggle to keep it sometimes!

I hope all those running this weekend have fun - it won't be as windy as it has been will it?
I'll be attempting 11+ miles on Sunday, did 5 today and my lack of core work is showing as it feels like someone's punched me in the kidneys!

I'm in the 1500 miles group too. I find the thread hard to keep up with at times, but dip in and out
Just a little run to the gym and back for my spinning class today. I might have a rest day tomorrow, then 22 miles on Sunday morning.

Right I'm joining in - I need the motivation post London Mara to keep going the rest of the year. Will beep on the miles by April but want the consistency for the rest of the year.
Provided I don't fall pregnant (2009's excuse), I'm not breast feeding a newborn (2010's excuse an really really unlikely lol), or fall an break my elbow / bash my ribs (2011's excuse)
