Treasure Hunt - Dishevelled decorations

Back on the silly o' clock turbo routine this morning.  A fairly easy session - 6 x 20 seconds sprint, and although I did make myself work hard for them, there is plenty of recovery/easy riding between them, and it's a "turn erg off and see what you've got" sort of session which is always good for the brain.

I was considering postponing today's Adriene session, but L was in the shower when I finished on the bike, and it was only a short one so why not do it while I was waiting.

In the office again, but dry enough to get outside for a lunchtime walk.  On tarmac through the village looking for disheveled decorations.  Aberford isn't a particularly disheveled sort of place, there were some lights hanging off a building but only because someone was in the process of taking them down.  And then I found a reindeer which had fallen over.  As good as you're going to get ;)

When I got back to the office I spotted an email from L.  It looks like we might have a target event for the year after all...

I have definitely given up marathons this time.

Because I have discovered bikes...
