Day one of the challenge and I forgot to check what to take a pic of, luckily I'd taken a pic of my Christmas dinner to put on the Rate my Plate thread.
Just the two of us this year so I put a lump of beef in the slow cooker when we got in last night, even after standing a while it wasn't very carvable and rather fell apart...
