Initially planned on a 2 mile run then 1 mile walk then another little run. But felt alright so went for 5km
There were 3 major road crossings in each mile 1 of them with no lights so had to wait till it was safe to cross hence the low pacing 3rd mile had a steep uphill. But its all good training

This route I go through a village which has a cricket pitch staying behind the ropes there was no match. It was raining anyway. Got carried away and did over 1 lap
