Needles. Lots and lots of needles :-)
This was a happy coincidence that I had this appointment scheduled as it meant that Alison could not only check out and needle my hamstring but also my lower back as it was worse today than yesterday when I woke up this morning *sigh*
Happy with the effect of the needles, though, and also with the conversation I had with Alison about my back. Made me worry less.
I doubt I will go to Fee's class this evening. Need to be sensible. Will do something at home instead and have a hot bath.

Hope all that helps xx

That is good timing, needles are so good at getting right to the point causing the issue. Take it easy x
