YWA - Greet 3/31 - Reunite with your body - I like this one, swift flow that packs quite a bit into the time. Final high lunge & twist somewhat hampered by Bonnie rushing in to do her Zebedee impression...It's not easy maintaining core control with a spaniel jumping up to lick your face continually.
