To fit in a pre holiday run with the bestie I made a decision to get up early. Dodgy sleep tried to stop plan but alarm pinged and I was up and at it.

I love a morning run but since beginning of the year with crap weather and not being well early Jan I got out the habit. Really loved going out as the sun came up.

I annoy myself as I normally do morning runs but for too long I’ve been too exhausted to make the effort. Let’s hope whatever is invading my body leaves soon. Thanks ladies x
