Back at the strength training today was shoulder supersets. I should have had heavier weights for the staple but my garage looks like the inside of the boat as the canopy is airing/drying from waterproofing so I picked up a set of 3kg dumbbells and just slowed down the Arnold press for more effect.

Day 25 shoulders.
