A run with Magsy got dropped at beamish so it’s a slow downhill route then the park to avoid too many hills and people. Rather pleasant.
Conscious my chest isn’t fully right and Magsy very good at reminding me that I’ve had quite a nasty virus and I’m not recovered just getting better.
