PhatButFit 2nd PB in 3 days, totally elated with this one though. Managed to get the pacing about right and was going along so well after 8 miles (to my surprise) that I decided to go for it and managed to get home five minutes faster than planned. rollerman Well that was hard... So called flat Pb course with hills. Tried to pace with other club members led by pabsey, far to fast for me, killed me of at 2 miles, took 3 more to get back into it, terrible time but considering what I have done just lately i am not disapointed, if anything it tought me to keep going even when I know i am Knackerd.
