Lisrun Down to earth with a bang ! This put an end for my run of pbs. Some very steep hills in this one. Slightly misty and still for most of run and reasonably warm. Some of the downhills were so steep I could not let myself go. I had been warned about the last climb, but I found the first and the last but one were the worst for me. Pretty countryside and lovely finish within the castle itself. Nice homemade food at the end with a beer festival with very handy take home containers ! Hilly bum bag to all finishers. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 46:27 49:30 62.12
