daviec First parkrun and I enjoyed it. Just needed something to do in the morning to stop me fretting about getting married in the afternoon, so this was perfect. 1 minute of previous PB despite the hills. 6th place. Nice :) Carnegie Harriers 17:32 17:55 17:55 72.18

wil e coyote Another PRun under the belt. I thought I'd be alot slower than this as I felt real sluggish through the middle section. I'd been out for a decent spin on the Road Bike on Friday and legs were still heavy from this, so 21:30 is OK. Three Killie Harriers running with young Murray just ahead of me and I spotted Andy Taylor on my rec run; never seen his results though so he must not have mastered the BarCode system!!
