Ah, the weekend has landed, well it has here at least. Best wishes and race well all those who are attempting a race, regardless of aims etc. And those us us who aren't racing, enjoy the runs or other exercises you do. I'm going to try to fit an 18k plod in there somewhere. And while I'm doing that, I'll continue considering my running aims for the next 12 months. The master plan is almost formulated but not quite. Happy running, all. |

How's the weather looking for you Bowman 🇸🇪? It looks sunny from what they're posting on Instagram but maybe it's due to cool down? I hope you get the run you deserve - sub 3 been well within your grasp for a while I think. Is anyone else racing this weekend? We're away on holiday for the next few days before heading over for my husband's marathon (I'm going to race the 5k to get an early season benchmark) so running is mainly short and easy. My knee has been a bit niggly and discovered TFL on the left side is tight/overloaded so also working on some exercises to relieve it. |

It’s not a definitive forecast yet I think auburnette , big differences between a few different weather providers. If I’m lucky, 10-13° and overcast with little wind and maybe a little drizzle here and there. I should be able to perform in those conditions. I think.. But if I’m unlucky, warmer, bright sun and a bit more wind. Oh well, I have a few more tries in me this year I think. I see this as my B race, the one in August my C race, and my autumn one my A race
