I started running in 2002 and I'm bit of a slow runner ,
I think its a lovely place to make new friends, like Plodding hippo she has been a true friend ,
I used to enjoy other sports such as windsurfing , cycling , kayaking , due to health not been able to particapate in these , and running since 2007
