Hi, Well, I'm 53 and been running since 1997. Before I took up running I was involved in the martial arts and gained the rank of 5th Dan in full contact knockdown karate.
I have now retired from the arts and really enjoy running in particular marathons.
I live in Lincolnshire and work voluntary at my church.
