Age 01 Learnt to walk.
Age 16 Ran in the Lincoln Schools 3000 meters 1st in 9.53
Age 17 Ran in the English Schools X-Country for Lincolnshire.
Age 18-39 College, Marriage, Kids, loss of hair and slight weight gain.
Age 40 Onwards started back up with running...huff...puff..slowly getting there.
