Came to running quite late after being challenged to do the Plymouth Half in 2009. I'm still improving despite the advancing years and enjoy every minute (nearly).
Joined LSARRC a year or so after that and haven't looked back.
Aiming to do 1000 miles again in 2013 and hope to be able to do the Welsh Castles again this year - that's such a good weekend.
