Started running for charity in 07 enjoyed it so I carried on, joined Alchester Running club for support & people to run with, decided to run half marathon for BHF after suddenly losing an uncle, although due to injury have been unable to run for the past few months, building myself back up gradually. I enjoy x-training also at the gym although its not as liberating as running outside with the fresh air....
