Living in rural Northumberland gives me plenty of hill work in my runs. Only started running in 2004 when I entered the GNR - finished in 2:58:00 have since managed a 2:26:33 for the route. Would like to think I could manage a marathon but know my limitations and will stay with the half. Other main sport is skiing and given the chance, even aged almost 55, would love to be a ski bum!
